Who We Are
This site and all of the programming is designed for those who have acquired home gym equipment and would like to continue focusing on functional fitness. While there are many sites that offer daily WODs, this site will offer weekly planning of WODs and Olympic Weight Lifting programs designed to help you excel and meet your fitness goals. The focus will be on completing regular standard movements and percentage based weightlifting programs.
It is recommended that you integrate a rest day, or light cardio day. While at least one day will be focused on endurance training in the weekly programming, please choose a day to allow your body to recover, this will improve your training.
